• As the Lead Transformation Partner, I led digital transformation initiatives for the One Consulting team and executed expansion strategies for PwC India. I delivered outstanding business outcomes for the IT services industry cluster by implementing the "One Firm" strategy. In addition, I was the partner in charge of investment oversight for the PwC Service Delivery Centres in India.

• As the Lead Transformation Partner for KPMG India's Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors, I led our expansion agenda and propelled our growth and success. As the Lead Partner for the Strategic Alliances Program, I utilised the 'One Firm' methodology to direct and deliver business outcomes, overseeing the last two India Strategy refresh exercises on behalf of the CEO's Office. My contributions played a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.

• As the Lead Partner for the Distribution Sector (Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, Travel, & Transport), I drove revenue growth, pipeline development, and contract signings for IBM's Application Services business across Europe. My strategic approach and business acumen led to establishing and facilitating $600 million in pan-European signings, a testament to my ability to deliver results.

• As the COO of IBM's Asia Pacific Global Business Services Integration Unit, I established and drove synergies between the market units and the Asia Pacific global delivery centres, with annual expenditures of over US$1.5 billion. I also oversaw the delivery management, business and IT transformation, processes, and tools for each of the eight global delivery centres.

• As the Lead Partner for the Financial Services sector, I was responsible for overseeing the Consulting, Systems Integration, and Application Services initiatives for IBM's India/South Asia region during its period of explosive growth. I led the execution of agreements totalling $78 million, establishing myself as a true leader in the industry.

• As the Strategy and Market Enablement Leader for IBM's Global Business Services division, I developed frameworks, systems, and long-term strategic plans to facilitate hyper-growth. I was confident in my ability to deliver tangible results in the face of any market challenge.

• As COO of IBM's Global Business Services unit, I oversaw sales operations, contract performance management, workforce management, resource and capacity management, subcontracts management, business controls, and process and tool deployment throughout India and South Asia. I was responsible for generating a P&L of $180 million and delivered on that responsibility with aplomb.

• As the Global Business Services Delivery Excellence Leader for IBM, I oversaw the delivery of a portfolio of consulting, systems integration, and application services programs. I also oversaw the accreditation process for project management and the ASEAN region's quality and risk management functions.
